Each singer must fill out their own form, only non-singers can be added as a 2nd person on this form.

Please note: Filling in this booking form does not guarantee you a place at the event. Please do not book flights or make any other holiday arrangements until you have received written confirmation that you have a place (typically within 3 working days) Your deposit will, of course be refunded promptly and in full if we are unable to offer you a place.
